Decision Support
For market assessment assignments, our clients are typically engaged in a start-up activity. They can be established companies evaluating a new product, early-stage companies validating a market need, venture firms getting information about a promising company, a marketing manager establishing a connection with an important potential buyer or a sales manager who needs to make sure the sales force has the best messaging and sales collateral available.
For operational assessments our clients are typically revenue stage companies at an “inflection point” - facing decisions about how to best grow their business, or how to best “down-size” operations to maintain or improve profitability.
